It’s been a while since I posted – a busy summer of lawn care… treatments, mowing, strimming and looking after customers.
But the hard work is paying off – more and more customers are coming to LawnOrder – many from competitors. The reason they usually give is not down to how their lawn looked – anyone can stick some fertiliser on a lawn. The reason most give is poor customer service. Lawn operatives who don’t bother ringing the doorbell, or spend 5 minutes tearing round a lawn so they can move on to the next…and the next… and the next.
