We wanted to share some exciting updates with you regarding some changes happening at LawnOrder in 2025! As we continue to grow and enhance our services, we wanted to keep you informed and introduce you to the wonderful team members who will be taking care of your lawns.
Team Updates: Meet Charlie and Tom!
We are thrilled to announce some changes in our LawnOrder Wales team!
New Team Members
Charlie, who many of you already know, will be taking on more of the daily lawn treatments. Charlie has been working with me since 2020, and is getting married this spring (so be nice to him – he’s a bit stressed). We are also pleased to introduce Tom, our new apprentice. Tom has recently joined us and is eager to contribute to keeping your lawns looking their best.
Accreditations
We are delighted to share that Charlie has recently completed his PA1 and PA6 accreditation, making him fully licensed and trained in all aspects of lawn care. This means you can expect the same high standards of service and expertise when Charlie and Tom are on the job.
Office and Operations:
As we continue to grow, I will be taking on a more ‘fluid’ role within the business. My responsibilities will include:
- Running the Office: Ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing Quotes and Lawn Surveys: Helping you get the best value for your lawn care needs.
- Lawn Mowing: Maintaining the pristine condition of your lawns where appropriate.
- Aeration and Scarification: Ensuring our autumn and spring work are as effective as possible.
- Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues that may arise promptly and effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keeping our tools and machinery in top-notch condition to deliver the best service.
- General Dogsbody: Taking on any tasks that need doing to keep our operations running seamlessly and holiday (and honeymoon) cover.
